L Type Sealing Machines have been manufactured in our factories in a wide range of sizes and options for over Thirty Years.
We specialise in standard and also custom built Type L Sealing Machines designed to suit customers own production requirements.
L Sealing Machines Operating System
One roll of centre fold film is used on this L sealer. The product to be packed is placed on the dividing plate between the film. The pack complete with film is now moved to the left onto the sealing area and the frame closed. The pack is now fully sealed and the leading edge of the film pre-sealed for the next pack.
Sealing Elements
Elements are of the constant heat type with P.T.F.E. blinds. This provides a strong clean seal with fume free operation on all heat seal able materials.
Impulse type can be supplied to order along with Constant heat solid jaw (no element wires) type.
Electrical Requirements
240v Single phase. A three metre cable and standard 13 amp plug is fitted. The load is dependent on the element size of the machine.
Sizes
Trentpack L Sealing Machines are manufactured in sizes from 300 mm x 300 mm minimum to 1500 mm x 760 mm. Complete with stand and lockable wheels.
